Swim conditions : Adriatic Sea 750m x 2 laps

Cycle course : 10km x 4 laps. Flat course with some sharp curves through the old city

passing by 2000 years old roman amphitheatre.

Run course : 2.5km x 4 laps around touristic resort Punta Verudela with two gently hills

by the Adriatic sea
