COMPETITION PROGRAM:

12:30-14:00 Sprint triathlon and relay race registration

14:40 Transition zone closing

15:00 Sprint triathlon start

15:05 Cadets race start

17:00 Closing the race

18:00 Dinner – «Pasta party»

18:30 Results announcements and prize giving ceremony

COMPETITION SYSTEM:

Ø Swimming in front of beach named «OBOJENA SVJTLOST». Lap length: one triangle of 750 m. Expected temp. of water is 24°C.

Cadets 350 m.

Ø 20 km cycling: Transition zone on the beach, course 2 laps: Obojena svjetlost – Sv. Frane (Riva) – Institut (Cape Marjan) – Obojena svjetlost on the asphalted and mainly flat road. The road will be closed. Drafting is allowed.

Cadets the same course, 1 lap (10 km).

Ø 5 km running: Transition zone on the beach, course: Obojena svjetlost – Sv. Frane (Riva) and back on the asphalted road.

Cadets 2,5 km same direction.

Ø Time limit 2 hours!

Rules of the competition: ITU and Croatian Triathlon Union rules are applied.

Application fees:

Competitors without CTU licence 15 € or 110 KN for registered by the August 23^hd, 2004, 20 € after that.

Competitors with CTU licence 80 KN, Cadets 40 KN for registered by the August 23^hd 2004., 30% more after that.
